i hate to begin anything on a negative note, but let's be honest here: 2014 was a really shit year for a lot of reasons. i mean, i did discover a lot of neat things, but the bad almost always outweighs the good in things as weird as human memory. so let's call it like it is, say 2014 was shitty as hell, and if 2015 isn't great we can punch it in the tit and start over. okay? okay.
