I'm so proud of this, I could burst. This little purple bag took me ages to finish, but it's so worth all of it. It's five inches high standing, and seven inches fully extended flat. It's a gorgeous purple mix in super-silky, super-soft self-striping Dralon microfiber yarn. Because it's so tiny, I've got it listed at $15.00 in the WePay store, and that includes shipping. I almost want to keep it for myself.

I haven't been super-active on the blog because of job hunting. Yes, I know, they're not wild animals, but they sure behave like them--jobs, that is. The good news is that I have tons of leads, and the bad news is that I have tons of leads, so it's taking me away from the precious internet. That said, I've managed to get quite the haul in yarn lately--because the only time I go to Michael's is when they have their $1 Sugar'n Cream sale. I managed to haul home twenty-odd skeins for around $12, after my 40% off coupon was applied. Not bad at all. I've been crocheting with jump rings, to try to see how I like working with mixed media in fiber, and it's going fairly well--I've made several different things, which will be photographed and placed on the blog at a later date--possibly for a giveaway. Bitches love giveaways. There's also a new bag going up on Saturday. Why Saturday? Because I'll be up North tomorrow, and won't have time to perfect the listing. Why up North? JOB INTERVIEW. You may Kermit flail for me. I'll wait. Done? Okay. Here is an example of how you should've been flailing: If this is not how you were flailing, I suggest you start from the beginning and flail again. Yes, I'm very excited, thanks for asking. I hope I get this one--it's one of my top-pick prospects, and I'm really anxious to get back to the workforce full time. It'll actually give me more yarn money, so I can continue to bore you guys with things what I made and then gave away. So yes, back to the bag--it's a purple amigurumi bag, of which I am extremely proud, and TINY. SO TINY. I love tiny things. Anyway, I have to get back to stitching. Bitches love stitching. |
